How it works
Buy your hours
Choose 5 or 10 hours. They're good for 12 months from purchase.
Get set up
If we've worked together before, you can start sending requests right away. If you're new, we'll have a free 30-minute onboarding call first.
Send a request
Email me or send a message through the client portal with what you need. I'll confirm and let you know when to expect it.
Stay in the loop
Most requests are done within 3 to 5 business days. After each one, I'll let you know how much time it took. You can view your remaining hours in the client portal.

Support Hours are for requests that come up throughout the year, done as they come in. A Focus Day is one planned day with my full attention on a longer list.

In 30-minute increments. After each request, I'll send you the time it took and your remaining balance. You can also view your remaining hours at any time on the client portal.

Most requests are finished within 3 to 5 business days. For bigger requests, I'll let you know the timing when I confirm.

Only if we haven't worked together before. It's a free 30-minute call where I get to know your site and set up access. It doesn't use any of your hours.

I'll let you know when you're getting low. You can buy another block anytime. You can also view your remaining hours on the client portal at any time.

Hours are valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused hours can't be refunded. I'll send a reminder before they expire.

Support Hours are for any Squarespace site, and for Shopify or Square Online sites that I built.

Email me or send a message through the client portal. Include what you'd like changed, and any photos or text I'll need.

Support Hours aren't refundable, but they're valid for 12 months from purchase, so you can use them whenever something comes up. If you're a new client and we find on our onboarding call that Support Hours aren't the right fit, I'll refund your purchase in full. Read the full terms.
